Your plant arrives alive and in the condition shown in its photographs. If a plant arrives in distress, email photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement where stock allows, or a refund.
We watch destination forecasts and add heat packs in winter or hold shipments through extreme weather windows. If conditions look risky, we may suggest delaying a week — the plant's trip matters more than the calendar.
Plants are living things: normal leaf drop in transit, dormancy behavior, and stress from being left unclaimed at a carrier facility aren't defects. Unboxing within a day of delivery keeps everyone protected.
