A working specimen nursery on a north-facing San Diego hilltop. Production greenhouses, an outdoor xeriscape garden with mature agaves and cycads, gravel paths, eucalyptus on the perimeter.
The Pacific Ocean is visible to the west on clear days. Walk-throughs take about an hour, and Al narrates the whole way — ask about anything on the benches.
