Orders ship Monday–Wednesday so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend. Most orders leave within a week; large specimens can take longer to prepare and crate.
Plants ship secured in their pots or carefully bare-rooted depending on species and season, braced so the soil line and crown can't shift. Large specimens are crated. In cold weather we add a heat pack, and every shipment is covered by the live-arrival guarantee.
